The concept behind snailmailmyemail.org is pretty awesome: “Type a message to a friend, family member, pet, politician, or lover, and e-mail it to snailmailmyemail@gmail.com. Then sit back and relax while your email is handwritten, sent out, and delivered to the recipient of your choosing, completely free of charge!”
What an easy way to make your loved ones think you love them even more. It’s a silly and fun experiment, obviously, naysayers will just say “write your own damn letter.” And that’s valid. Unfortunately, the response has been so overwhelming the site is already on hiatus until they have the ability to catch up to demand. [via swissmiss]
